I offer a few different types of mindfulness courses. All of these courses are educational programs; they are not clinical or therapeutic services.

Courses can be targeted to a different area, including general stress management, work stress, relationship stress, healthy lifestyle, emotional well-being, and more. Please contact me to learn about upcoming courses or request a course.

Live online courses

Using Zoom, learn and practice mindfulness, share insights, and connect “face-to-face” with others. Courses are anywhere from 3 - 8 weeks long, with 1.5 hour sessions held once per week on weekday evenings. Individual training may also be available.

Offer mindfulness courses for employees, patients, or groups in your community.

We decide on the structure together to ensure it works for your group - anywhere from 3-8 sessions, with sessions lasting 1-2 hours.

The recommended group size is 8-16 people.

These are one-time sessions lasting 3-6 hours that provide an initial overview and training in mindfulness for specific problems or goals.

Group sizes can range from 8-35 people.
